2016 has been something of a watershed year for Hermitage Green, a band that started in the modest surroundings of a pub jam-session in Limerick in 2010. After signing to Sony Records Ireland, their debut studio album ‘Save Your Soul’ was released to critical acclaim last March and debuted at No. 3 in the Irish Charts. Hot Press called it “triumphant and hugely impressive. The individual band members are superb musicians to a man. They have evolved and grown to the extent that they bring a broad world music sensibility to bear on a debut studio album that opens modestly – and is soon reaching for the stars.”
Hermitage Green have cut their teeth as a live band from their grueling touring habits which have seen them play over 1000 gigs across 5 continents. An unusual arrangement of instruments such as djembe, bodhran, dobro, keys and guitars combined with two drummers has allowed them to garner a unique sound that has captivated audiences everywhere from North America, to the Middle East and Australia.
The show Hermitage Green have created is a fascinating one, and it is sure to hold anyones’ attention for its length. This is the kind of band that we should be proud as a nation to be exporting. Dublinconcerts.ie
Following the success of Save Your Soul and its subsequent singles the band played some of their biggest Irish shows to date. Including sold out performances at Cork Opera House, Limericks’ Big Top and the mainstage of Electric Picnic to a crowd of 20,000 onlookers.

Cocktail of the Week – Blackberry 75
We have altered the classic a little, swapping Prosecco for the usual champagne and adding a blackberry syrup rather than simple syrup. The blackberries make the cocktail feel extra summery and turn the cocktail a lovely ruby jewel tone.
Ingredients: Fresh Lemon Juice, Dingle Gin, Creme de Mure, Top with Prosecco.
Delighted to announce another great band coming soon!
